The terms that govern your use of HPS Golf software, hosted services, and connected physical products.
By signing up for or using HPS Golf, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any club you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
HPS Golf is a software platform operated by Happy Path Studios that provides golf clubs with hosted websites, online booking, golfer profiles, sponsor surface management, QR analytics, and tournament operations tools. Access is provided on a subscription basis.
Each club account is held by one primary administrator. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your account. Do not share account credentials.
You agree to use HPS Golf only for lawful purposes related to operating your golf club. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited activities.
HPS Golf plans are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the next billing date. See our Billing Policy for full cancellation and refund terms.
Physical plaque fabrication, sponsor production, and custom implementation services are offered separately by Happy Path Studios and are not part of any SaaS subscription. These services may involve separate production timelines and setup coordination. Custom service terms are provided at the time of engagement.
You retain ownership of your club's content and data. By uploading content to HPS Golf (logos, images, sponsor materials), you grant Happy Path Studios a limited licence to store and display that content to operate the service. We do not use your club's content for any other purpose.
We maintain HPS Golf with reasonable care and aim for high availability. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure events, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion unless you request earlier removal.
HPS Golf is provided as-is. Happy Path Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the club's primary contact. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
