How to request removal of your club account data or golfer profile data from HPS Golf.
Club administrators can request full deletion of their club account and associated data at any time. To request deletion:

Individual golfers who want their profile removed from a club can contact the club administrator directly, or submit a deletion request through the HPS Golf contact page. Include your name, email address, and the club name. We will coordinate removal with the relevant club.
Upon receiving a deletion request, data is retained for 30 days before permanent removal, to allow for account recovery if the request was made in error. You may request immediate deletion without the 30-day window by stating this in your request.
Production records associated with completed physical plaque or surface fabrication orders may be retained for a standard 12-month period for warranty and production reference purposes, then deleted. These records contain only fabrication-relevant data and are not used for any other purpose.
