How HPS Golf collects, uses, and protects information from clubs, golfers, and visitors.
When a club signs up for HPS Golf, we collect the club name, primary contact email, and selected plan. When golfers register through a club, we collect their name and email. We also collect usage data to operate and improve the platform.
We use collected information to operate club accounts, deliver golfer features, generate sponsor engagement reports, and communicate with clubs about their account. We do not sell data to third parties.
Club and golfer data is stored on secured infrastructure with access limited to authorised HPS Golf operations. We apply standard security practices to protect account data at rest and in transit.
HPS Golf uses session cookies necessary for account authentication and form security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We may use third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, and infrastructure hosting. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are only given access to information necessary for their function.
When clubs order physical plaques or printed surfaces through Happy Path Studios, production data (hole information, sponsor artwork, QR assignments) is used solely to fulfil the fabrication order. This data is not used for marketing or shared externally.
Clubs may request a copy of their data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of their account data at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the full process.
For privacy questions or data requests, contact us through the HPS Golf contact page.
