Intended Use
HPS Golf is a platform designed for golf clubs to manage operations, golfer engagement, sponsor surfaces, and tournament administration. Use of the platform is limited to these purposes.
Permitted Activities
- Managing club operations, tee sheets, and golfer bookings
- Assigning and managing sponsor surfaces and QR placements on your course
- Running tournaments, pairings, and leaderboard operations
- Publishing club information on your hosted public page
- Collecting and reviewing golfer round data for your club
- Generating sponsor engagement and QR analytics reports
Prohibited Activities
You may not use HPS Golf to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
- Collect golfer data beyond what is necessary for your club's operations
- Misrepresent your club, its services, or sponsor relationships
- Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt any other club's account or data
- Use the platform for spam, unsolicited outreach, or commercial purposes unrelated to your club
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorised access to your club account
Sponsor Content
Clubs are responsible for ensuring sponsor content uploaded to HPS Golf (logos, offers, promotions) is accurate and lawfully owned or licensed. Content that is misleading, unlicensed, or promotes illegal activity is not permitted.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your club account. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this policy without prior notice.
