How HPS Golf subscription billing works, when charges occur, how to cancel, and how custom fabrication services are billed separately.
HPS Golf plans are billed on a monthly cycle. Your subscription starts on the date you activate your plan and renews automatically on the same date each month.
You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your HPS Golf subscription at any time. To cancel:
SaaS subscription payments are generally non-refundable after a billing cycle has started. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it. Refunds at our discretion may be issued for clear billing errors.
Physical plaque fabrication, sponsor surface production, and custom implementation services are provided by Happy Path Studios separately from SaaS subscriptions. These services:

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. A grace period of 7 days is provided to update your payment method. After the grace period, access may be suspended until payment is resolved. Data is retained during suspension.
